hier mal ne nette Story, posted by Injectortune (injectortune.co.uk) on their facebook site:
Outside Bristol Zoo there is a car park for 150 cars and 8 buses. For 25 years it's parking fees were managed by a very pleasant attendant. The fee was £1.40 for cars and £7 for buses.
One day, after 25 solid years of never missing a day of work, the attendant didn't turn up for work. The Zoo manager called the City Co...uncil and requested them to send another parking attendant.
The Council did some research and replied that the car park was the Zoo's own responsibility.
The Zoo advised the Council that the attendant was a City employee.
The City Council responded by informing the zoo that the attendant had never been on the City payroll.
Meanwhile, sat in a villa somewhere on the coast of Spain or France or Italy is a man who apparently had a ticket machine installed at the car park and had simply turned up at the site each day to collect and keep the parking fees - estimated at about £560 per day - for 25 years.
Assuming that he worked 7 days a week, this amounts to just over 7 million pounds (and no one even knows his name!). Dieser Post wurde am 02.11.2010 um 00:15 Uhr von srmeister editiert. |
